What is the difference between basic and full grooming?
The published full-grooming service includes nail care, ear cleaning and hair removal, paw-pad and sanitary shaving, anal-gland expression, a shower, blow-dry, fur fluffing and styling. Basic grooming excludes fur styling. Discuss your dog’s needs with the team.
How long should I allow?
Published weekday estimates are 1–3 hours for full grooming and 45–90 minutes for basic grooming. Weekend estimates are 2–4 hours and 1–2 hours respectively. Breed, size and temperament affect timing; confirm when booking.
When should I book?
The website recommends allowing one to two weeks, especially for weekends. Contact the team about last-minute availability; a slot is not guaranteed.
Can transport be arranged?
Yes, transport is offered. Ask for a quote based on your location and dog’s size before booking. The original homepage and FAQ show different starting charges, so this concept does not select either as a confirmed current price.
